Callum has more than 20 years of experience in construction, with deep expertise across design and detailing. He began his career as a carpenter before moving into site and design management on large-scale commercial projects, and later co-founding Fabric.

Michael’s career has taken him across contract administration, project management, and large-scale infrastructure work in both Australia and London. That breadth of experience informs his approach as Project Manager at Fabric, where he focuses on strong program, budget and quality outcomes.

With four years of experience across diverse builders and project types, Kam has developed a strong, practical understanding of construction delivery. He brings that foundation to his role at Fabric, supporting work across all stages of a project.

Marc brings a technically grounded and detail-oriented approach to contract administration and procurement. His background across engineering and construction informs the precise, methodical approach he applies to his work and project delivery.

Jack brings a practical, detail-driven approach to his role as Contract Administrator, drawing on experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. He works with clients, architects, trades and subcontractors, identifying issues early and helping keep projects tracking to plan.

Ian brings close to 20 years of hands-on construction experience across structure, façade and fitout on large-scale apartment and townhouse projects. Having progressed from carpentry to site management, he brings a practical, detail-focused approach to every job.

Eliza works across a wide range of project and business functions at Fabric, keeping the everyday details on track — from documentation and scheduling to the day-to-day connection between site and office. She brings strong communication skills and a practical, adaptable approach to the role.

Hamish has built his experience across a range of commercial and residential projects, including large-scale towers and apartment developments. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to his role as Project Coordinator, dividing his time between design coordination and working on site with the trades.

Bryce has progressed through eight years of trade and leading-hand roles, developing a thorough understanding of site operations, trade coordination and construction methodology. Currently completing his Master of Architecture, Geordie brings a strong design foundation and a considered eye for detail to his role as Design Coordinator. He applies his architectural knowledge across design and documentation as each project progresses.
